Assistant Coach/Assistant GM and player, Chris Hallstrand recently released the El Toro Staring XI for the semi-final against the Capital Kickers. Rest assured, subs will be frequent and everyone will play. However, players who have not paid in full prior to game time will not be allowed to participate.
